Refund policy

You can return your order or part of it within 14 days after you have received it. In addition, the product must be returned in the original packaging. With cleaning products this means that the bottle is unbroken.

As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the order amount due (excl. Evt shipping costs) to you within 14 days. The shipping costs for returning are for your own account.

Pack the products together with the packing slip (which you received in your package) in the original cardboard package and send them back to:

Important: Make sure you add the original packing slip with order number to your return!

After issuing the package you will receive a proof of shipment. Save the proof of shipment until you receive a confirmation by e-mail that your package has been received in good order. Profa Clean is not responsible for losing your package.
