At ProFa Clean, all our packages are sent with DPD. The shipping costs are 6.95 euros (within the Netherlands) for orders under 60.00 euros. For orders above 60.00 euros you do not have to pay shipping costs.
We always do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 4:00 PM on workdays the same day. In general, delivery will take place the next working day.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Sometimes products are not in stock and delivery time may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
As soon as we have transferred your package to DPD, you will receive a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your order. We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 2 working days. Please note that large quantity orders may take a maximum of 5 working days.
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us by email as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
If the order has not yet been shipped and you have not yet received the shipping confirmation, you can contact ProFa Clean. We will then try to cancel your order.
